Up for sale is a Hamilton Jazzmaster Square. It's an absolutely beautiful watch, but it's not making it into my rotation.
It's 37 mm across (not counting the crown guard), but don't let that fool you -- it's not a small watch. Part of that is because square watches wear MUCH larger than round watches; part is the thin bezel design. People with 7, 7.5, or even 8" wrists can wear this with no problem.
This version is a special edition honoring the 2012 Paralympics. It comes on the original H-link (literally) bracelet, sized for a little more than 7" wrist, with a bunch of extra links too.
It's in remarkably good condition for its age. There are mirror polished surfaces, so there are microscratches. And there are some minor desk-diving scratches/scuffs on the links. That's really about it. But check the pics
I don't know any service history, and I've not timed it for accuracy, but when I was wearing it earlier this year, I didn't notice any problems on this automatic watch equipped with an EA 2824-2. YMMV, of course.
Comes with outer and inner boxes, manual, and the extra links.
I'm asking $425 shipped via USPS priority mail and payment through PayPal. I have great feedback, and I hope you do to.
Thanks for looking; I hope to hear from you!
On to the pics! (the first are pics taken today to show condition the best I could; the second set are "beauty shots" taken in September).
